About this demo

The venue is invented

This is a theme demonstration. Bower is not a real venue; the rooms, the dimensions, the text and the address are made up. Nobody is taking bookings.

The arithmetic and the astronomy are real

Every capacity figure is computed by the theme from the dimensions of the room and published spacing figures — there is no capacity field to type into. Every sunrise, sunset, golden hour and compass bearing is computed from the venue’s coordinates using standard solar astronomy, and agrees with an independent implementation to within a few minutes anywhere on earth, including at the poles where the sun does not rise or set at all.

Change the date in the panel and the times, the bearings and the colour of the sky above the page all change together, because they come from the same calculation.
